It is not fair for our moderators if some random member becomes an admin in a blink of an eye. Our moderators have worked very hard to become one and they have show positive behavior throughout our community.
RULE #2: Recruiting. You must recruit at least 5 members before you are able to become an admin. That includes making a wallpaper AD or an AD on your blog/website/social media page.
RULE #3: Positive Energy. During your time as a moderator you have to have show that you are a very positive member to our community. Meaning you can't complain about your work load, yell at our members, and break the rules. Once you have broken a rule you loose your moderator post.
RULE #4: Posting. You have to be either active in your selective category to become an admin or just post frequently. I understand that people are busy during the school year and sometimes during holidays and summer time but please post frequently.
RULE #5: Recommendation. If we see that you have been doing your work diligently then we may recommend you and by pass all of the rules/regulations of the admin thread. However, you cannot just simply ask one of us for one.
RULE #6: Inactivity. We have set a certain time period for staff cut offs if you are inactive during that time then you may be removed from the list.
