In the second season, a new fairy is introduced, Aisha (named Layla in the 4kids version and Rai version), who is the princess of the distant world of Andros (called Tides in the 4kids version). The Winx face a new villain, Lord Darkar, who has the Trix become his allies. They also meet the Pixies, who they bond with.
